On 30 January Tottenham Hotspur coaches organised a taster football session for our students from Brazil, Chile and Peru. We all had a great fun and below are some photographs from the venue.

Christmas Party, 6 December 2007
On Thursday 6 December at Fowlers Road we held our Christmas Party for Students and Staff. We had lots of fun and yuuummy cakes.
Volunteering for The National Trust
Our students have been fortunate to be able to participate in a voluntary scheme to translate leaflets about the Stonehenge landscape in their own language for The National Trust.
Kazumi, Bongho, Seung Hee, Julian and Marta visited them on Friday 23 November and had a private tour of Stonehenge and the Stonehenge landscape in a National Trust Landrover! Later on they were invited by Caroline, Lucy and Steve to their offices for a short talk and some home-made biscuits :)
Heathrow's New Terminal
On 3 November part of our Transport Team (Angela, Terry, Shirley and Marta) had the privilege of spending the day testing out the new Terminal 5 at London Heathrow.
This Terminal, to be opened on 27 March 2008 and used by British Airways, promises to make travel into and out of UK a far easier and more enjoyable experience for all passengers. Most of our students choose to arrive and depart from this busiest airport located only 90 minutes driving from Salisbury.

MINI Classes ~ MAXI Learning!
As part of our autumn/winter programme for Adults we are pleased to launch the MINI CLASSES. These programmes are especially suitable for learners who are looking for intensive study and personal attention. Small classes - maximum 6 students - are offered until 21 December 2007 to all Adult student who enrol for the following courses:

English and Football Programme
The two-week English and Football programme ended on 12th August 2007. The students attended English lessons every morning from Mondays to Fridays and 9 two-hour training sessions with qualified football coaches. This involved 7 sessions with the Salisbury City Club coach, and 2 with a coach from the London Premiership Club, Tottenham Hotspur. In addition, the students had an opportunity to visit the White Hart Lane Stadium, attend evening activities and weekend excursions. Kugayama Farewell Party, 8th August 2007
On Wednesday evening at the Guildhall we had a farewell party for the Kugayama group. The students kept us all entertained for a couple of hours with colourful performances that were very professional. We even had Origami lessons! Thank you Kugayama group!
Western Dress Party, 2nd August
Only a few weeks after the Fancy Dress Party we have had another treat - the Western Dress Party. Cowgirls, cowboys and Indians gathered together in the Chapel nightclub to practice line dancing.
