HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT (UK CENTRES)

The English in Britain Accreditation Scheme is committed to dealing with complaints effectively and efficiently.

If you have a serious complaint, you should:

•  First discuss the matter with the School Principal or Managing Director

•  If no satisfactory solution is found, then refer the complaint in detail and in writing to the Accreditation Unit at the address below.
