How to Enrol

To reserve your place, either complete the online enrolment form, or send your enrolment form together with a deposit of £200.00, which will be deducted from the total fees, to:

– alternatively you can send the form to your local International House representative.

Please mark clearly the school of your choice.

When we have processed your application, we will send you confirmation of your enrolment, and an invoice.
The address of your host family will be sent to you at least two weeks before your arrival.
Please pay the invoice four weeks before the beginning of the course.

Please make payment in pounds sterling by one of the following methods:

• By bank transfer to the above account
• By sterling cheque on a UK bank account
• By bank cheque provided a UK corresponding bank is indicated on the cheque and is payable in pounds and in the UK
• By credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

  Payment by Visa and Mastercard can be accepted by post or phone.
  An additional service charge of 1.5% is made on credit card payments.

Please note:
A bank transfer supplement of £8 must be added to cover UK bank charges.
With all payments please state students name, course title, starting date and invoice number.
In making accommodation bookings, International House is acting as an agent between the client and the host family (or hotel, guest-house, etc) and payments are treated by International House as disbursements for VAT purposes.

Insurance

Travel, course cancellation and medical insurance is compulsory for all students. Please indicate on the enrolment form whether you wish IH to arrange this insurance at £9.50 (14.00 euros) per person per week. Please note that we require all junior course students to provide evidence with their enrolment that they have taken full comprehensive cover. You will be automatically invoiced for insurance at £9.50 per week unless details of your own travel insurance is sent with the enrolment. In case of medical claims please note that the first £35.00 is payable by the client. Medical costs will not be paid for an existing medical condition. Some medical treatment is free of charge to citizens of the European Union, countries which have reciprocal agreement with Britain and students who study for six months or longer. Please check with your travel agent.
